- When Bustenlargers.com sells a bottle of one of our products to a
consumer for retail price we offer that consumer a money back
guarantee, simply in the spirit of good business practice.
- When you buy products from Bustenlargers at wholesale prices for resale, there is no such guarantee offered to you. Therefore, you are responsible for any returns you
may receive from your retail customers. This number has always been small, and now
we have found a way to further reduce the volume of returns. As a reseller of Certified Natural products, you are not required to offer a return option or guarantee. However, most experienced mail order vendors have quickly come to realize that by offering some sort of a guarantee, sales will greatly increase. - When you buy products from Bustenlargers at wholesale prices for resale, there is no such guarantee offered to you. Therefore, you are responsible for any returns you
your retail customers with their purchase. These are available to you in three styles (1) Lifetime Guarantee / (2) 90 Day Guarantee / (3) 30 Day Guarantee
There is a space at the bottom of
each certificate for your name and address, and/or your web
address. You can print this information onto the certificates with
any inkjet
or laser printer, have your local printing company print them, or
personalize them with
a rubber stamp or an address label.
The benefits of offering these
Guarantee Certificates to your retail customers is
multifold:
1) Your customers will be more
likely to buy.
2) Your customers will buy more bottles than they would otherwise.
3) Your returns will drop dramatically!
We have found that many dishonest
consumers will attempt to capitalize on anything offered with a
money back guarantee. They do so by ordering several bottles with
the intention of returning the empties for a refund. Many times a
person will order five
bottles and return all five empty bottles a week or two later.
Obviously, they merely emptied the contents into another
container, and then returned the bottles with the expectation of a
full refund!
To prevent this from happening,
we devised our Guarantee Certificates. On these certificates it is
clearly stated that the consumer can return only one empty
bottle
along with any number of unopened bottles. This new
strategy seems to have foiled
most dishonest consumers without penalizing the honest ones. Our
